SHIPPING POLICY
UPS shipping is not available to PO Boxes and some residential and business addresses. We will substitute for USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Express Mail for those addresses.
In most cases In-stock items ordered before 3:00cst will ship same day. Orders placed after 3:00cst will ship the next business day. If changes to your order are needed, please email us at team@zerogravityia.com
We do not sell or ship internationally.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you purchased an item directly from zerogravityia.com, we will accept unopened items within 30 days of invoice for a full refund of the purchase price. To initiate a return or exchange, you must request a return through email to team@zerogravityia.com.
If you wish to return an item that has been opened, and is within 30 days of receipt, please email us at team@zerogravityia.com and we will be happy to assist you in the process. Returns of opened items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned damaged or in used condition will not be refunded.
Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us, unless returns are for warranty, or mistakes in shipping.
Exchanges are subject to availability. We will process exchanges as inventory allows.
